Transformation Coach
Mindful Mentor
I envision a world where every voice is heard & respected…where connectivity is inspired collectively.
Open the door to a new dimension in your life.
In today’s ever-evolving world, creativity is a way for people to express themselves holistically, to find the artist within through a stimulating transformative journey.
I love working with individuals in transition to overcome obstacles and achieve potential realization and fulfillment. I integrate arts to help you navigate the ups and downs of newness to grow your resilience.
I mentor individuals, leaders, and professional teams using Ekphrastic Art methods, where one interprets what is in and beyond a work of art, as a way to understand each other’s perspectives more deeply. This builds capacity among remote teams and shifts that are timely by cultivating a culture of connection.
Compelling communication emerges through self-reflection which stimulates fresh strategies that build transformative relationships.
Come awaken your young genius with me!
Meet Evelyn
Evelyn is a writer, poet, visual artist, mom, granmama, and great-granmama based in the Greater Atlanta area. Acknowledged as an encourager in various circles, she finds joy in being a reading mentor to elementary school children. She is a Wisdom Keeper in her community, helping nonprofits seek new ways to streamline and augment services. Evelyn, a long-time advocate for social justice, is active in ServiceSpace Pods with global citizens and volunteers acting in concert to support each other’s service journeys.
Evelyn recently earned ICF-certified Transformational Coaching continuing education credits that focused on guiding with insight, intuition, compassion, and collaboration. She valued being among spiritual seekers of eleven different faiths.
Evelyn is no stranger to adversity. She earned her undergraduate degree at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL while working full-time and caregiving for her father. She took in stride the closure of the publishing division where she served for seven years, always looking forward to the next chapter. Determined, Evelyn, six years later earned her MBA through Brenau University while serving as an academic coach. When tragedy struck she was a caregiver to her beau of only 18 months, which feel like 20 golden years.
In these unprecedented times, Evelyn, a life-long learner, consistently immerses herself in countless workshops to stay curious, hear different voices, and gain wider perspectives with those she gathers and guides. The threads of her tapestry of learning weave supply chain management, podcasts, and wonder labs, and stretch to include broad-based poetry and writing workshops. Evelyn integrates Conversational, Cultural, Emotional, and Positive Intelligence into her coaching practice.
Today, Evelyn gathers women across the globe to hear each other’s voices and share cultural exchanges in her Wisdom Collective workshops. Participants benefit from inspiring guest artists who share their experiences and processes. She craves and fuels inter-generational connections that resonate and further inspire her writing. Evelyn is a member of the Eastern Shore Writers Association, Northeast Georgia Writers Association, and Tall Tales Writing Critique Group, and International Women Writers Guild. She is proud of Ekphrasis for the Masses, an Ekphrastic Art Series she initiated as a gift to her community, co-sponsored by the Quinlan Visual Arts Center and the BULLI BARDS poetry group that has fed her soul going on eight years. She also teaches Wisdom Collective: Ekphrastic Art for life & leisure institutes.
